Owing to the strong growth of our transformation business, we are seeking a consultant was experienced with the business integration of IT solutions. As a PwC consultant, you will be operating on the interface of business, finance and technology on a day-to-day basis. And you won’t hesitate to optimally deploy Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tooling.

You have strong analytical skills. You are curious and ready to take a new step in your career. Furthermore, you have the following qualities:

  • 2 to 5 years’ relevant work experience at one of the Big Four, a corporate or consultancy organisation;
  • You have graduated from a university or university of applied sciences;
  • You are prepared to invest in yourself in the area of CPM tooling (Tagetik, Microsoft, Oracle or SAP);
  • You enjoy supervising less experienced colleagues during transformation assignments;
  • You are able to communicate your technical knowledge and experience in a comprehensible manner to the board, the business and IT;
  • You are analytical and pragmatic and have good communication skills;
  • You have an excellent command of both Dutch and English;
  • You our passionate about analysing and solving new issues using your practical mindset and creativity;
  • You enjoy working in a team.

What the job entails?
As a consultant, you will advise our clients on reporting, consolidation and financial issues. You have strong communication skills required to translate business owners into practical and sustainable solutions.

For these engagements, we deploy multidisciplinary teams consisting of consultants from various PwC service lines, such as Advisory, Tax and Accounting. On these engagements, you will keep your eye on the big picture and focus on implementing and managing projects.

A current example of multidisciplinary projects is the new accounting standard IFRS16, one of the biggest changes to bookkeeping rules of the last few decades. Its impact is not just on accounting, but also on processes, systems, organisation and skills. A real finance transformation in other words!
