How you will make a difference

As part of our Group level ORM team, you’ll influence risk maturity across Triodos Bank both at Head Office and Business Unit Level (Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain).
What truly distinguishes this role is that, alongside your standard ORM responsibilities, you will be specifically tasked with spearheading AI innovation within ORM.

You will:

Be a dedicated ORM partner to the business.
Challenge and support 1st line risk activities with fresh, forward-looking insights.
Act as a bridge between risk, data, IT, and business teams to turn AI opportunities into responsible, impactful practice.
Take ownership of shaping Triodos’ AI risk roadmap, from exploring possibilities to recommending solutions and guiding implementation.
Identify practical, ethical AI applications that strengthen risk insights, efficiency, and resilience.
